The website provides general information about the studio, design services and portfolio material. It is not a quote, design agreement, construction contract or promise that a particular service, schedule or result is available for every property.
Design scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, revisions and responsibilities are set only in a written agreement accepted by the parties.
Plans, images and third-party sites
Website copy, plans, renders, photography, graphics and branding belong to Borealis Design Co. or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
Links to family companies and other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms as the studio changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
